Don’t forget your phone and headset3.
Always turn your device on when you get back to the bench4.
If you’re getting ready to go for a run, turn off all your headphones and earbuds and put on your headphones when you leave the rink5.
Make sure you have headphones and/or earbud protection6.
Make a note to remind yourself when you return to the locker room7.
Make your phone vibrate when you take a shot8.
