Edge ice arena leaderboard is set to become a thing of the past.
After a long wait, the arena leaderboards are set to come to an end.
In an article posted on The Hockey News’ website, the website’s managing editor, Brian Loughrey, said: “With the end of the season approaching, it’s time for us to close out the season and move onto the next stage.”
“The Arena Leaderboards are now closed and we can’t get our heads around the idea that the arena was the most successful arena in the world and it’s likely to be the most popular arena in North America next year.”
However, there are still some arena leaders to be found, as well as a few others who remain to be discovered.
“We have identified some players who have been the most consistent performers in the arena over the last few seasons, and others who have not been as consistent, but still have plenty of experience and will be able to make an impact next year.”
“We’re looking forward to seeing which arena leader boards will make the final cut next season and hopefully they will reflect the most important aspects of the sport.”
The arena is one of the most iconic places in North American sports, and it should be a big draw in the calendar for many years to come.
